Startup:

MAXILLOSOFT has a per location startup fee that covers:

  • Proprietary Server Technology (supports the tablet system)
  • Medical-grade Prescription Printer (at each location)
  • 32 hours of on-site training (2 trainers x 2 days)
START UP FEE (first location): $9,995
Addt’l locations scheduled with the first. $4,995
Addt’l locations NOT scheduled with the first $9,995

Monthly:

After startup, there is a per surgeon monthly fee covering:

  • Monthly MAXILLOSOFT license fee
  • Monthly use of MAXILLOSOFT surgeon tablet (based on iPad Pro®)
  • Ongoing warranty with overnight replacement in case of damage*
  • Unlimited use of integrated e-Prescription System
MONTHLY FEE (per surgeon): $995/mo.

Other Costs:

Team Tablets

Your administrators and assistants will require tablets. The average number needed per location is ten (10). These must be purchased from MaxilloSoft, and there will be a recurring annual support fee – includes lifetime overnight warranty replacement.

TEAM TABLET: $525/ea.
ANNUAL SUPPORT: $150/ea.

Trainer Travel Expenses

Training is integral to your success with MaxilloSoft, and the Startup Fee above includes 2 trainers on site for 2 days. Due to the wide range of potential travel costs across the nation, we ask customers to reimburse actual travel expenses related to training. Contact us to review our training travel policy.

Miscellaneous Practice Upgrades

We strongly recommend the front desk be fitted with a dual monitor setup. In addition, your practice must have strong WIFI signal throughout and a reliable internet connection. These must be in place before MaxilloSoft can be installed.
